The outer is 100% Pure Wool.
Wool is one of the most effective natural forms of all-weather protection. It has a naturally high UV resistance, is flame retardant, and can regulate body temperature by absorbing and releasing moisture away from the body. Wool is ideal for year-round comfort – never too hot, never too cold. The fibres resilience ensures garments keep their easy care quality for years.

The lining is an Eco Blend of 65% NZ Wool, 25% Possum and 10% Nylon.

Possum fibre has no scales and is hollow, which gives both lightness and warmth, compared to other natural fibres of a similar micron. It's silky to handle providing an instant feel appeal unlike any other fibre. Possum fibre will not freeze, even when exposed to periods of prolonged cold. The only other fibre on the planet known to have the same characteristic is Polar Bear fur. The unique blend of possum fur and merino lamb’s wool creates a pilling resistant fibre that is anti-static which means the garment can be worn throughout the years and still look as new as the day it was purchased.
