I stand at a place for a long time when I require to wear a pair of safety shoes. For this use, I found that the arch part of the insole was not supported well enough for me and my feet got tired, but with an additional half length insole made it work. As I have thick and short hobbit-like feet, I always have hard time looking for the right sized shoes e.g. Size 5 for boots sometimes and size 8 for Nike... If I can wear size 7, it's usually very comfortable for my Size 6 1/2 feet (with the width of 7 1/2). These Size 7 Safety Joggers was the right fit and very comfortable.
