Sherpa in the Body, Taffeta in the Sleeves
The Tarcutta is a good example of Thomas Cook thinking about the wearing rather than the spec sheet. It is a heavyweight oilskin, lined with poly sherpa through the body for warmth, then switched to a smooth taffeta down the sleeves so your arm goes in without dragging every time you put it on over a jumper.
