In addition to this, please upload a sponsorship request letter with the following details:

• Type of Organisation
• Event details
• Benefits
• Summary of request
• Program of events (if relevant)
• Expected number of attendees (and past statistics)
• Key contact details including contact person

Requests for sponsorship must be received at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

It is preferred that all letters of request are written on a formal letterhead where possible.

Please note that this request for sponsorship does not guarantee acceptance. All requests are carefully considered in line with our sponsorship policies and guidelines. Unfortunately, not all requests can be accepted.
