When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods, promotions, or stock delays, dispatch times may be longer. Please note, dispatch time is when your order leaves our warehouse and does not include delivery time.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At Allingtons Outpost, customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days, provided the item/s are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. If you would like to return your order, use the return form included in your package or call our team on 08 8182 1333.
How can I track my order?
All shipped orders include tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’ll email you your tracking number so you can follow the delivery via Australia Post.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We offer Australia-wide shipping using Australia Post and selected courier partners.Some remote areas of Australia, inaccessible by Australia Post, may incur a higher postage charge, or alternative delivery arrangements may need to be made. Delivery timeframes start once your order has been dispatched. Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, while remote or regional areas may take longer.
