At Allingtons Outpost, customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days, provided the item/s are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. How can I track my order?
All shipped orders include tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking number so you can follow the delivery via Australia Post.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We offer Australia-wide shipping using Australia Post and selected courier partners.Some remote areas of Australia, inaccessible by Australia Post, may incur a higher postage charge, or alternative delivery arrangements may need to be made.
