Ariat Womens Heritage R-Toe Western Boots (10001021) Distressed Brown 5.5C
Are you looking for a western boot, but you want something a little understated?
Ariat Heritage Western R-Toes are your perfect first western boots. They'll probably also be the pair that you'll wear more than any other boots - even when you have a whole collection in your wardrobe to choose from.
With neutral brown distressed leather, classic R toes and dress heels, they're full of western tradition - with all the modern technology, comfort and support Ariat are known for. Classic western stitching make them undeniably western, but the tonal thread keeps them low key. Wear them loud and proud with slim fit or skinny jeans tucked in - or incognito with straight or bootleg jeans over the top.
They're as much at home in the saddle - on the farm or on the station - as they are heading out for a day in town or a night on the town.
And, just like a cowgirl, they're as tough as they are beautiful.

What can I wear with my Heritage Western Boots?
Casual ranch or weekend
Go for Wrangler Bootcut Jeans or denim shorts and a country or western shirt. Add a leather belt with a pretty buckle and, if you’re so inclined, a felt hat.
The bootcut shape will slide easily over your Ariat boots, and the shirt keeps it classic country. Perfect for feed runs, farmers’ markets, or casual Fridays.
Country concert or ute muster
Try a denim skirt or a dress with a country print. Layer it with a light vest or denim jacket.
The boots add a bit of western flair to your outfit, and a skirt or dress show off that R-toe shape nicely. It’s a great setup for long days standing around or dancing on red dirt.
Autumn or cooler weather
Pull on dark denim or moleskin pants, a long sleeve country shirt (flannel or chambray), and layer with a vest or jacket. Add gloves and a scarf when it gets chilly!
FAQs
Do they fit true to size?
Yes. Ariat boots usually run true to size.
How do I care for my Heritage Western Boots?
A light brush will remove dust. Use a slightly damp cloth to gently remove mud or dirt that doesn’t come off with the brush. If you get them saturated, remove the innersoles, and stuff them with newspaper while they dry. This will help them to keep their shape. Allow them to air dry naturally. Don't be tempted to accelerate the drying process with sunshine or heat! Ariat Heritage Western boots are crafted with distressed leather, so don't use polish on them. Use a leather conditioner to 'feed' the leather. If you plan on wearing them in the stock yard, or anywhere else where they are likely to get wet regularly, use Dubbin to increase their water repellence.
What socks are best with boots?
We reckon you can't go past extra thick bamboo boot socks! Having said that, the fibre of your socks is really personal preference, though we highly recommend wool or bamboo.
