I purchased a hat online and when it arrived it was too big. I phoned Allingtons and all good. I was able to return it for the correct size, no problem at all. I paid for the cost of the postage to return the hat to Allingtons and they paid for postage on the correct sized hat back to me. This is great service, and I am so happy. This is online shopping made easy. The hat is the best quality and my husband is wrapped.

When it came time to replace my old western hat, I headed straight back to the shop that I knew had the best range of hats in the state, Allingtons. To top it off, their staff are friendly and courteous and always ready to assist with any questions that I threw at them.
