At Allingtons we love to reward our customers for their loyalty and their feedback on anything from products, services and even the layout of our online and retail shop. We do this by offering gift vouchers both on a monthly basis and when we receive some exceptional feedback that will help us improve your experience when shopping with us.

Allingtons Product Review Monthly Prize Draw

Allingtons New Customer Sign-Up Prize Draw

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Allingtons Product Review Monthly Prize Draw competition ("Competition") organized by Allingtons Outpost Pty Ltd.
By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:
The Competition is open to individuals who:

Are at least 16 years old at the time of entry
Provide and eligible email address at the time of purchase; and
Agree to these Terms.

Competition Period:

The Competition begins at 12.01 am, on the first of each month and ends at 11.59 pm, on the last day of the month. All entries must be received within this period to be considered valid.

The competition re sets at the beginning of every month and all entries for the previous month will be disposed of as per our Privacy Policy.

How to Enter:

To enter the prize draw, participants must submit a product review in response to the email prompt sent 2 weeks after the purchase of a product via the Allingtons e-Commerce site or as a personal instore shopper at the Parafield retail store.

To receive an email with the opportunity to submit a product review, The customer must provide a valis email address at the time of purchase.

All reviews must be from a verified purchase which will be determined once the review has been submitted.

The review MUST NOT CONTAIN content which could be offensive in any capacity. All reviews will be screened by the Allingtons Customer Service team. All eligible reviews will be made public on the product pages on the site allingtons.com.au

Allingtons reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the entry instructions or fail to meet the eligibility criteria.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner will be notified via email and or phone within 7 business days after the end of each Competition Period.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 business days of initial contact, or is found to be ineligible, Allingtons may select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize:

The prize for the Competition will be a $50.00 Allingtons Voucher.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.

Allingtons reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or higher value at its sole discretion.

General Conditions:

By participating in the Competition, you agree that Allingtons may use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

Allingtons reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or tampers with the entry process.

Allingtons decisions regarding the Competition and the selection of winners are final and binding.

Allingtons accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Competition or the prize.

The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Allingtons Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law:

By participating in the Competition, you fully agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.

• Scanning the QR code instore and filling out their details on the sign up page
• A staff member signs the customer up as a member at the time of purchase
• A customer makes an online purchase where membership is automatic

Membership is FREE and Members can unsubscribe at any time.

Entry is automatic with your membership sign up.

Allingtons reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the entry instructions or fail to meet the eligibility criteria.
